With more than 15 years experience working with Oracle technologies, Jonathan has worked on more than 40 successful implementations within the manufacturing, financial services, healthcare, aerospace and defense, education, non-profit, telecommunications and criminal court sectors. Jonathan serves as the Director of Oracle Application Technical Services at BizTech focused on the development of WRICE (workflows, reports, integrations, conversions and extensions) components following the principles of Oracle’s AIM methodology. Jonathan’s specific areas of expertise include Oracle Applications release 10.7, 11.0.x, 11i, and 12 (AR, AP, GL, CE, FA, PO, Inv, BOM, WIP, HRMS, & Payroll), as well as Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition (OBIEE) and Oracle Business Intelligence Analytics (OBIA). In 2009, Jonathan was the technical lead on the first successful direct upgrade of HRMS release 10.7 to 11i in the United States. As Director of the Oracle Financials Practice at BizTech and as a Senior Financials Business Analyst/Project Manager, Lee responsibilities included full project life cycle support for Financials implementations from project preparedness through post-implementation support. With over 30 implementations to his credit, Lee has helped organizations in the Financial Services, Healthcare and Telecommunications sectors become more effective, and leverage their Oracle Applications to improve their Management decision-making. Lee is a seasoned presenter at both national and regional Oracle User Group Conferences.

With 15 years in the IT industry, Brian brings a unique perspective to every project, sharing his experience as an EBS application developer, BI/data warehouse developer, database developer, quality assurance analyst, release manager and end user. He has experience in all aspects of business intelligence solutions, including data warehouse architecture, ETL development, and Business Intelligence Applications, specifically Seibel Analytics and OBIEE (10g and 11g). Brian has project experience with many other products, including Oracle EBS (11.0.x/11i/r12), OBIA & DAC (7.9.5.x/7.9.6.x) and Informatica (8.x/9.x). Functionally, Brian has experience in Supply Chain Management & Human Capital Management. Brian’s project work with large multinational corporations and banks has led to an expertise in Financial Modules (General Ledger, Receivables, Payables, and Purchasing). Brian is the lead architect for BizTech’s Insight Accelerators, a real time BI solution. Brian has presented at both national and regional Oracle User Group Conferences and will be completing his M.B.A. in the fall of 2013.
Ed Serafino has more than 20 years experience managing and implementing business systems, 10 of which have been focused on the delivery of Oracle Consulting Services. Ed joined BizTech in 2002 as a Senior Project Manager and became a Partner in March 2004. In addition to project management and service delivery, primarily focused within the Financials practice. His management style includes a firm belief in a win-win-win philosophy; the client, our organization, and each individual consultant must regard each consulting engagement a win. The client must receive value and be supported in all of their goals, our organization must enhance its reputation through the actions of all our managers and consultants, and BizTech employees must be supported in their personal development and their sense of accomplishment so that everybody wins.
With her diverse technical service delivery background across several business lines, Colleen brings a customer-focused view to the Biztech Managed Cloud Services practice. Colleen has over 15 years of experience leading highly technical teams across the globe including application development and infrastructure resources. Since joining Biztech in October of 2013, Colleen has implemented several best practices and is continually looking for ways to increase customer satisfaction. Colleen holds several professional certifications in the IT industry as well as a degree in Operations Management. Colleen strives to deliver a world-class experience and build strong partner relationships with all BizTech customers.
Michael Padovano has more than 15 years experience managing and implementing Oracle business systems, beginning with Oracle Applications version 10.7 through version 12.2; with an emphasis on Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing, and Maintenance Management. In addition to Oracle Applications, Michael is also experienced implementing Supply Chain Fusion Applications. Michael joined Biztech in 2013 as Supply Chain Practice Director and his responsibilities include project management, full lifecycle implementations beginning with project planning and seeing projects go-live, Post Production support, and Business Process improvement. Michael has served as a Senior Business Analyst in over 25 implementations, with the majority being end-to-end projects. Michael has worked in both the public and private sector as well as internationally in Telecommunications, Construction, Mining, Retail, and Transportation.
