Francine Guinan

Francine has more than 14 years strategic consulting and project management experience, specifically within the areas of Oracle HCM, utilizing a fundamental knowledge of human resources, compensation and benefit structures, as well as an in-depth knowledge of the payroll process, including tax reporting laws and regulations years consulting and project management experience in Oracle HRMS Implementation projects.  As a Senior HCM Business Analyst/Project Manager, Francine’s responsibilities included full project life cycle implementation support from preparation through post-implementation support.  As BizTech’s PMO, Francine is responsible for formalizing Corporate Methodologies and performing quality assurance to ensure adherence to that methodology as well as development, continual review and revisions of corporate policies and procedures and ensuring compliance to those policies and procedures.  Lastly, as PMO, Francine is responsible for Managed Service Compliance and Annual SAS70 Type II Certification/2011 SOC 2 Compliance and PCI Compliance activities.

Andy Avery

Andy Avery has more than 12 years experience as a supply chain practitioner and Oracle Applications implementation specialist.  Andy was promoted to Director of the Supply Chain Practice in 2010, where he is responsible for project life cycle implementation support from project management to post-implementation support.  Andy’s expertise  includes an in-depth knowledge of the Oracle Applications specifically the design, testing, implementation, and training of i-Store, Quoting Sales Manager, Quoting HTML, Configurator, Telesales, i-Procurement, Purchasing, Cost Management, Workflow, Approvals Management Engine, Customers Online, Advanced Supply Chain Planning, TeleService, Field Service, Accounts Receivable, Payables, and Discoverer.  Andy has  a wealth of experience across many industries allowing him to exhibit a multitude of consulting and educational expertise in supply chain management.  Read Andy’s Blog

Jonathan LeBlanc

With more than 15 years experience working with Oracle technologies, Jonathan has worked on more than 40 successful implementations within the manufacturing, financial services, healthcare, aerospace and defense, education, non-profit, telecommunications and criminal court sectors.  Jonathan serves as the Director of Oracle Application Technical Services at BizTech focused on the development of WRICE (workflows, reports, integrations, conversions and extensions) components following the principles of Oracle’s AIM methodology.  Jonathan’s specific areas of expertise include Oracle Applications release 10.7, 11.0.x, 11i, and 12 (AR, AP, GL, CE, FA, PO, Inv, BOM, WIP, HRMS, & Payroll), as well as Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition (OBIEE) and Oracle Business Intelligence Analytics (OBIA).  In 2009, Jonathan was the technical lead on the first successful direct upgrade of HRMS release 10.7 to 11i in the United States.  Jonathan is a seasoned presenter at both national and regional Oracle User Group Conferences.  Read Jonathan’s Blog

David Emr

With more than 12 years of business consulting, David is focused on enhancing the customer experience via Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Marketing Automation Plans, Customer Service Portals, Sales Force Automation (SFA), Content Management Systems (CMS), and Data-driven Sales Tools. David serves as Director for Biztech’s Oracle CRM OnDemand practice, which includes the following Oracle modules: CRM, Marketing, Contacts, CRM Service, Analytics and Mobiles Sales. With a unique understanding of the CRM industry, David is able to relate to a wide range of client roles; from the end user to the project manager.  David’s expertise includes a strong emphasis on engineering business processes and tools that consistently drive revenue and reduce cost.  David has successfully managed full project life cycle implementation from design through deployment and support.

Lee Briggs

With more than 15 years of experience, Lee has helped organizations become more efficient through improvements in their Financial and Procurement operations.  As Director of the Oracle Financials Practice at BizTech and as a Senior Financials Business Analyst/Project Manager, Lee responsibilities included full project life cycle support for Financials implementations from project preparedness through post-implementation support.
