Tom has more than 20 years of Information Technology experience, primarily in the areas of Operations Management, Large-Scale Custom and Package Software Implementations, Systems Integration and Strategic Planning. In 2001, Tom founded BizTech, a regional information technology services firm headquartered in King of Prussia, PA and focusing on applied technology solutions for mid-market companies. As CEO of BizTech, Tom’s primary responsibilities include Strategic Planning, New Business Development, Practice Development and Project Management. Tom is also the executive sponsor for BizTech’s Business Intelligence Practice. Tom’s professional philosophy is to maintain a hands-on approach to managing and delivering IT solutions. He has built his career on an ability to recognize and apply innovative technology solutions to meet the challenging needs of the business community.

Ed Serafino has more than 20 years experience managing and implementing business systems, 10 of which have been focused on the delivery of Oracle Consulting Services. Ed joined BizTech in 2002 as a Senior Project Manager and became a Partner in March 2004. In addition to project management and service delivery, primarily focused within the Financials practice, Ed is also BizTech’s CFO. His management style includes a firm belief in a win-win-win philosophy; the client, our organization, and each individual consultant must regard each consulting engagement a win. The client must receive value and be supported in all of their goals, our organization must enhance its reputation through the actions of all our managers and consultants, and BizTech employees must be supported in their personal development and their sense of accomplishment so that everybody wins.
Margot has more than 15 years of professional IT Sales Management experience, primarily in the areas of Oracle applications and technology implementation services and software. Margot worked for Oracle Corporation as a Consulting Sales Senior Director, where she sold over $24M in consulting services and managed a diverse portfolio of Oracle Applications and Technology Consulting customers across many industries. Margot joined BizTech in February 2006 as the VP of Sales and Oracle Partner Manager. In this role, Margot is responsible for all aspects of business development, marketing and sales. She also manages the BizTech/Oracle business relationship. As part of the Executive Team at BizTech, Margot’s management philosophy and approach is simple – being a leader in the company is to not only to provide the goals to the organization, but to help others see and embrace those goals as their own, building synergies and strong teams to achieve those goals.
Tom has more than 14 years industry and consulting experience, with roles in more than two dozen packaged software implementations, as well as experience with business process redesign and SOX compliance reviews. Tom’s specific areas of Oracle knowledge include releases 10.7 through 12.1 in Financials, Manufacturing, Project Costing and Billing, Oracle Business Accelerators, Discoverer 3.x through 10g, Reports 6i through 10g and OBIEE. Prior to joining BizTech, Tom co-founded Delphi Technology Group, Inc., a Philadelphia based IT and management consulting organization that merged with BizTech in October 2002. Tom is a member of the executive team at BizTech filling the role of COO and executive sponsor for the Finance Practice. Tom earned a Juris Doctorate from Temple University School of Law and is a CPA in the State of New Jersey.

Lee has more than 20 years experience in Oracle focused business and technology solutions, and “Big Four” Management Consulting Services. Lee joined BizTech as a Partner working with the other members of the senior management team to lead and expand the company’s sales and delivery operations. Lee’s specific area of focus includes Business Intelligence and Analytics solutions, enhancing Business Insight for his clients. Lee has won certifications and awards including Oracle Applications Sales Consultant of the Year in Oracle’s Mid-Atlantic region. He now serves Director of the Mid-Atlantic Oracle Applications Users Group, (MAOAUG). Lee is a Certified Oracle Applied Technologist and IBI instructor. Lee received his B.S. in Commerce & Engineering from Drexel University in Pennsylvania.

Kyle has more than 15 years of professional experience in ERP Systems Integration and Information Technology, specifically in the areas of Human Capital Management. Kyle has implemented and managed Human Capital Management efforts for organizations from 300 to over 100,000 employees, including one of the first full scale Oracle Human Resource, Benefits and Payroll implementations for a now multi-billion dollar healthcare provider. Kyle pursued an independent career path from 2002-05, which positioned him to lead and manage a four-year, $9M HCM implementation for a multi-national firm with over 140,000 domestic employees. In 2005, Kyle joined BizTech as the Sales Consulting Practice Director responsible for supporting sales and delivery. Kyle was promoted to Partner in 2008, and in 2010 became executive sponsor to BizTech’s Managed Services team where he oversees the 24×7 Managed Services and Hosting Service Delivery offerings. Kyle also serves as executive sponsor to BizTech’s HCM practice. His involvement with over two dozen Oracle implementations over the past 15 years, primarily in the HCM arena, has provided a valuable first hand lesson – your people are your greatest asset.

Mike has more than 15 years of professional experience in management and service delivery of Oracle ERP Systems Integrations, specifically in the areas of Financial and Project Accounting. In 2001, Mike co-founded Delphi Technology Group, Inc., a Philadelphia based IT and management consulting organization that merged with BizTech in October 2002. Mike’s joined BizTech as a Partner in the DC metropolitan area where he oversees system integration projects for public, non-profit, and private sector organizations in the areas of Financial, Project, HRMS, CRM, and custom IT applications development. Mike also serves as executive sponsor and Practice Lead for the Government Contracting and Projects Practice. With more than 25 successful implementations, Mike has always taken a personal interest in all his engagements and remains committed to designing and implementing solutions that meet customers’ needs.
Stephen brings over 20 years of experience in helping organizations achieve a competitive advantage through improvements in business processes and information systems. With a history of building custom data warehouse solutions as far back as the early 90’s, Stephen has helped countless organizations uncover business knowledge from the vast amounts of data hidden in their operational manufacturing, financial, sales, marketing and project management systems. Stephen joined BizTech in 2010, as the Director of Business Intelligence and Analytics. His role builds upon the growing Business Intelligence market and positive results BizTech has experienced with Oracle’s packaged Business Intelligence applications.

Bob has more than 20 years of Supply Chain Management and ERP Systems experience. Over the past 15 years, Bob has assisted numerous companies achieve a higher level of supply chain optimization and excellence. Prior to joining BizTech, Bob founded Accel Services Inc., a Philadelphia based consulting firm providing Oracle implementation services that merged with BizTech in 2012. Prior to Accel Services Inc. Bob worked at Oracle Corporation where he helped grow the application line of business, primarily in the eastern US. He has also worked at Parker Management Corporation as COO where he managed their Oracle application consulting practice.
Bob is a member of the executive team at BizTech holding the role of Oracle Applications Practice Director. He is responsible for the growth and strategy of BizTech’s application services practice.

Marsha serves as BizTech’s Applications Practice Director for the Chesapeake territory. She is an accomplished industry advisor and certified PMP project manager with more than 20 years of service delivery experience. Upon graduating from Lehigh University with a BS in Accounting, Marsha spent several years in corporate accounting and finance in the banking and healthcare industries, where she led her first Oracle Apps implementation as a customer. She then moved into consulting, with roles in numerous packaged software implementations, as well as experience with business process redesign and SOX compliance reviews. Marsha’s specific areas of Oracle knowledge include releases 10.6 through 12.1 in Financials, Supply Chain, Project Costing and Billing, Oracle Business Accelerators, Human Capital Management, and CRM. Prior to joining BizTech, Marsha co-founded Delphi Technology Group, Inc. in 2001, a Philadelphia based IT and management consulting organization that merged with BizTech in October 2002. In 2007, Marsha joined Rosetta Stone as their Director of Enterprise Business Systems. During her four years with Rosetta Stone, she was responsible for the implementation and maintenance of Oracle Applications for a global organization across the Americas, Europe and Asia. Marsha resides in the DC area, and has a passion for engaging project teams with her hands-on approach to implementation methodology.
