Innovation, Leadership, Growth

Founded in 2001 by Tom Connolly, BizTech is recognized throughout the Mid-Atlantic region as a leading information technology services firm headquartered in King of Prussia, PA. For more than a decade we’ve focused on Oracle applications, applied technology solutions and consulting services for small, mid-size and Fortune 500 companies.

Tom has more than 20 years of Information Technology experience, primarily in the areas of Operations Management, Large-Scale Custom and Package Software Implementations, Systems Integration and Strategic Planning.   Tom started his professional career managing a multi-million dollar data center for the government; he then spent two-years with Coopers & Lybrand’s Management Consulting Services group; after which, Tom founded a Philadelphia-based consulting practice under the name of Software Support Services, Inc. (S3), grew the practice to over 35 employees and $5M in annual revenue over a 5-year period, and sold the group to Kenexa Technologies, Inc. Tom continued with Kenexa in the role of National Oracle Practice Director gaining further experience in all facets of business development and growth, expanding the practice from $9M to $20M in annual revenue, over a two-and-a-half year period.

In 2002, BizTech expanded its capabilities in the IT services marketplace with two key mergers and acquisitions:  BizTech acquired SEG Technologies, a regional Staff Augmentation firm focused on high-end contract staffing solutions primarily in the ERP and CRM package software arena; and merged with Delphi Technologies, a regional Oracle technology and applications services firm focused on Oracle ERP applications.

Through these mergers and acquisitions, BizTech grew the company by over 50% and expanded our executive leadership. Today, BizTech’s team includes seven partners and over sixty Oracle experts committed to help your organization succeed with the help of our industry and Oracle application and technology expertise.
