Tom has over 15 years of Information Technology experience, primarily in the areas of Operations Management, Large-Scale Custom and Package Software Implementations, Systems Integration and Strategic Planning.
Tom's career path has lead to increasing levels of responsibility. With a Bachelor's degree from Notre Dame and Master's degree from Villanova University in Electrical and Computer Engineering, Tom started his professional career managing a multi-million dollar data center for the government. He then spent two years with Coopers & Lybrand's Management Consulting Services group; after which, Tom founded a Philadelphia-based consulting practice under the name of Software Support Services, Inc. Over a five-year period, Tom grew the practice to over 35 employees and $5M in annual revenue, then sold the group to Kenexa Technologies, Inc. Tom continued with Kenexa in the role of National Oracle Practice Director. In this role, Tom gained further experience in all facets of business development and growth and expanded the practice from $9M to $20M in annual revenue, over a two-and-a-half year period. in 2001, Tom founded BizTech, Inc, a regional information technology services firm, Headquartered in King of Prussia, PA, focusing on applied technology solutions for mid-market companies. Tom is Managing Director of BizTech, Inc; in this role Tom's responsibilities include Practice Development, New Business Development, Strategic Planning, and Project Management. In addition, Tom also heads up the Business Intelligence and Data Warehousing Centers of Excellence.
Tom's professional philosophy is to maintain a hands-on approach to managing and delivering IT solutions. Tom has built his career on an ability to recognize and apply innovative technology solutions to meet the challenging needs of the business community.

Ed Serafino

Ed’s has over 20 years in the management and implementation of business systems including 9 years focused on the delivery of Oracle Consulting Services.
After Ed earned a Bachelor’s degree from Northeastern University, he began his career with GTE Corporation as a member of its Financial Management Development Program.
He advanced through several accounting and financial management positions with GTE Defense Electronics, GTE Sylvania Lighting and GTE Sylvania Electrical Equipment. In 1983 he began ten years of employment with Challenger Electrical Equipment Corporation in Malvern, PA as Director of Financial Administration. In this role, his responsibilities included treasury and banking administration, financial analysis and reporting, financial planning, corporate accounting, and payroll. Ed joined Oracle Consulting Services in 1994 where he implemented Oracle Applications as served as an instructor. During 1998 and 2002, Ed made a move to regionally focused practices with Ernst & Young and PSINet. Ed joined BizTech in 2002 as a Senior Project Manager and became a partner in BizTech in March 2004. In addition to project proposal and delivery, training, development and financial administration of BizTech, Ed is also Practice lead for the Finance Center of Excellence.
Ed's management style includes a firm belief in an underlying philosophy of win-win-win; the client, our organization, and each of us must regard the consulting effort as a win. The client must receive value and be supported in all of their overall goals. Our organization must enhance its reputation through the actions of all our managers and consultants on every job. Michael Lennon

Mike has over 14 years of professional experience in the fields of Accounting, Information Technology, and ERP Systems Integration, specifically in the areas of Professional, Financial, and Accounting Services for public, non-profit, and private sector organizations.
Mike earned a Bachelors degree in Accounting from The Catholic University of America. His career began at SEI Investments with increasing levels of responsibility in their Mutual Fund Accounting and Internal Audit Departments. While working at SEI, Mike earned his CPA and Masters in Business Administration from Villanova University. In 1996, Mike joined Software Support Services, a Philadelphia based Oracle consulting organization, where he eventually became a Practice Director in its Financial Applications services division and played and integral role in establishing Software Support Services as one of the leading Oracle service providers in the greater Philadelphia area. After a merger with Kenexa Technologies, Inc. Mike left the Philadelphia area to start a regional office for Kenexa in the DC metropolitan area where he was responsible for business and practice development of its Financial, Manufacturing, Human Resources, and CRM practices. Mike left Kenexa in 2001 and co-founded Delphi Technology Group, Inc; a Philadelphia based IT and management consulting organization that merged with BizTech in October 2002. Mike is a Managing Partner with BizTech, responsible for practice development in the DC metropolitan area where he oversees system integration projects for public, non-profit, and private sector organizations in the areas of Financial, Project, HRMS, CRM, and custom IT applications development. Mike also serves as Practice Lead for the Government Contracting and Projects Center of Excellence.
Throughout his career, Mike has always taken a personal interest in all his engagements and remains committed to designing and implementing solutions that meet customers’ needs. With over 20 successful implementations in the last 9 years, Mike uses a very hands-on approach to getting the job done. This managerial style has served him well to gain an understanding and knowledge on how to apply Oracle application functionality to meet customers needs in many different industries.
Margot Guinan McDonnell

Margot has over 13 years of professional IT Sales Management experience primarily in the areas of Oracle applications and technology implementation services and software sales. Margot earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Labor and Industrial Relations from Pennsylvania State University.
Following six-years of Retail Sales Management and one-year of Internet and technology based advertising sales account management, joined Software Support Services, Inc. (S3) a Philadelphia-based consulting practice, as Director of New Business Development. As a Principal in the organization, grew the practice to over 35 employees and $5M in annual revenue positioning the group for sale to Kenexa Technologies, Inc. Maintained role as Director of New Business Development/Regional Sales Manager with Kenexa through June of 2001, contributing to the growth of the practice from $9M to $20M in annual revenue, over a two-and-a-half year period. Promoted to General Manager for the Mid-Atlantic Region and National Oracle Practice Director, managing all aspects of the business including sales, operations and delivery. In 2002, Margot joined Oracle Corporation as a Consulting Sales Senior Director selling over $24M in consulting services and managing a diverse portfolio of Oracle Applications and Technology Consulting projects, across many industries. In February of 2006, Margot joined BizTech as the VP of Sales and Oracle Partner Manager responsible for all aspects business development, marketing, and sales and manages the BizTech/Oracle business relationship. Received numerous sales recognition awards from 1998 through 2005 including, but not limited to: Top Producer for 1999; Largest Client for 1999, 2000; Producers Club 1998, 1999, 2000; Most Growth for 1998, 1999; Oracle Partner of the Year FY01 for Mid-Atlantic; Oracle Consulting Performance Club for FY04 and FY05.

Thomas Simkiss

Tom has over ten years combined industry and consulting experience. With roles in over two dozen packaged software implementations, as well as experience with business process redesign and SOX compliance reviews, Tom brings a wide range of understanding and expertise any engagement. Specific areas of Oracle knowledge include releases 10.7 through 11.5.10 in Financials, Manufacturing, Project Costing and Billing, Discoverer 3.x through 10g, and Reports 6i and 9i.
Tom earned a Juris Doctorate from Temple University School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Business Administration from Ursinus College. Prior to joining BizTech, Tom was the Director of ERP for the AICPA, a Manager with Deloitte Consulting, and had roles as a senior accountant responsible for overseeing the work of staff accountants, coordinating the monthly close and overseeing budget preparation. Tom gained valuable first-hand experience in supporting a very successful Initial Public Offering assisting the CFO with the preparation and filing of the S1, as well as preparation of the initial 10K and 10Q statements.
Thomas Monroe

Tom has over 25 years of experience in the areas of Financial Management, Large-Scale Package Software Implementations, Project Management and International Business. He has been managing and leading Oracle application implementations for the last 10 years.
Tom earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Fairleigh Dickenson University. He began his professional career at Haskins & Sells where he earned his CPA. In 1980, Tom joined AT&T as an internal auditor, and he stayed with them for the next 23 years with increasing responsibilities in finance that included various assignments including corporate accounting manager, Computer Systems assistant controller and Regional Controller – Asia Pacific. Tom lived with his family in Hong Kong and then in Beijing for the four years while he was Regional Controller. He was also Finance Director for AT&T’s HR organization, and completed the Wharton Advance Management Program. Before retiring from AT&T, Tom was deeply involved in AT&T’s implementation of Oracle expense project accounting and the implementation and management of Oracle Financials at Concert – AT&T’s international joint venture with BT. Tom joined BizTech in 2004 as a Partner where he led the formation of the firm’s Practice Team center’s of excellence. Tom is a member of the Finance Practice team and he is responsible for practice development in the New York / New Jersey region where he manages implementation projects for BizTech.
Tom has experienced the dramatic impacts that IT technologies have had in the workplace over the last quarter century, and he believes the key success factors in future technology investments will be: 1) making it easier for people to do their jobs, 2) compelling appropriate decision making by delivering timely and relevant information to the right people and 3) maintaining and being able to demonstrate discipline and control over business processes.

Lee Tsao has over 18 years of experience in Oracle focused business and technology solutions, and “Big Four” Management Consulting Services. Lee is a sales and delivery partner working with the other members of the senior management team to lead and expand the company’s sales and delivery operations. Lee has held worldwide sales, consulting, and delivery positions at Boeing Company, General Electric, Coopers & Lybrand MCS (IBM), Oracle Corporation, Portal Software, and several Silicon Valley based Venture Capital funded companies to provide software and technology solutions for emerging, high growth business initiatives to Fortune 500 companies.
Lee has been an active contributor to many technology related topics appearing on Wall street journal Online, MSN.com, Wired.com, and many others. Lee has been recognized with certifications and awards, including Oracle Applications Sales Consultant of the Year in Oracle’s Mid-Atlantic region, and now active as part of the Mid-Atlantic Oracle Applications User Group. Lee is certified as Principal Oracle technologist, and certified as instructor from IBI. Lee received his B.S. Commerce & Engineering degree from Drexel University in Pennsylvania.
Kyle Snyder

Kyle has over 12 years of professional experience in ERP Systems Integration and Information Technology, specifically in the areas of Human Capital Management. Over the last 12 years, Kyle has been implementing and managing Human Capital Management efforts for organizations from 300 to over 100,000 employees, including one of the first full scale Oracle Human Resource, Benefits and Payroll implementations for a now multi-billion dollar healthcare provider.
Kyle earned a Bachelors degree in Accounting from Widener University. Following his graduation, Kyle joined Software Support Services (S3), a Philadelphia based Oracle consulting organization, where he worked his way from Junior Business Analyst to Service Delivery Manager, solidifying S3's position as the leading Mid-Atlantic firm for Oracle HCM implementations. While at S3, Kyle received his Masters in Accounting Information Systems from Widener University. After a merger with Kenexa Technologies, Inc., Kyle became the HRMS Practice Director and was responsible for the continued growth and success of the HCM initiative. In 2002, Kyle left Kenexa to pursue and independent career path, which positioned him to lead and manage a 4 year, $9M HCM implementation for a multi-national firm with over 140,000 domestic employees. Kyle joined BizTech in 2005, and is currently a Managing Partner with BizTech, responsible for supporting Sales and Delivery as Sales Consulting Practice Director. Kyle also serves as executive sponsor to BizTech's HCM practice.
Kyle's involvement with over two dozen Oracle implementations over the past 12 years, primarily in the HCM arena, has provided a valuable first hand lesson - your people are your greatest asset. It's that knowledge that allows Kyle to focus on what matters most during any project lifecycle - proving value to the organization where it counts: their employees.
