Oracle Database Administrator

The position requires at least a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science plus one year of experience in the job offered or three years experience with the design, testing or maintenance of networks and peripherals, server and security audits, configuration and maintenance of operating systems and applications as well as advanced proficiency or certification with Oracle DB 10g, Oracle Applications 11i and experience with MS Windows, Linux, HP and Mac OS.

Senior Applications Database Administrator
BizTech Inc., an Information Technology services firm located in King of Prussia, Pennsylvania, has an opening for a Senior Applications Database Administrator to lead Managed Services projects regarding installation, configuration, administration and management of Oracle-based systems. The position requires at least a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science or Management Information Systems or a Bachelor of Science degree combined with a Post-graduate diploma in Computer Science or similar. The position also requires five years experience as an Oracle Applications Database Administrator including the use of Oracle 10g/higher to install, configure, troubleshoot and upgrade HR, Financial and Customer Relationship Management systems.
